Co-Directors Krsnanandini Devi Dasi and Tariq Saleem Ziyad have been requested to conduct a workshop entitled: “Healing Through Empowering the Family and the Community,” at Howard University (Blackburn Center) in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, January 20, 2008. This interactive workshop will include topics of :
- Issues that affect healthy family and community life
- 12 Principles and Values of Strong Families
- 4 Principles of Community Building
- Healthy Relationship skills to promote progressive families and communities
- Eight things we can do to heal our families and communities now.
